Algebra 1 is the foundation for the rest of your math career! I am very excited to be working with you this school year. Algebra 1 will focus on expressions, equations, functions and some statistics. This class will involve lots of class participation, group work/collaborative learning, projects, classwork, independent practice, and assessments. I have high expectations for all of my students and will do my best to help you achieve those and I expect the same hard work from you.

Procedures:

1.Be in the classroom before the tardy bell. 

2. Obtain supplies and put backpack In proper location.

3. Begin bellringer

4. I Do: Do not interrupt and do not do anything but look and listen while I instruct.

5. We Do: We work through problems as a whole group.

6. You Do: You complete Independent practice requesting help from teacher and peers In group.
