Be on time to class. Have your laptop ready to login and work. All classroom work will be digital assignments using Google Classroom. 

In Google Classroom, students will be notified of their assignments for the week on Monday. All assignments are due by Friday at 3:00pm. Due to using equipment in the classroom, homework typically is not assigned; however, you will have flexibility to turn in assignments at a later time. 

Patience and flexibility will be needed in the class. Schedules can change and we must be ready to adapt. 

Respect your peers and those you come in contact with daily. Communication is key to working out any issues that may come up. 

Closed toe shoes are required to be in the broadcast room. Safety comes first and we will work with wires on the ground. We do not want there to be an accident. 

No writing on computers or any other equipment. This is expensive equipment and if it becomes damaged, you will lose usage privileges  for the year. Checked out equipment responsibility falls under the student that signs the equipment out. 

During the class, no cell phones will be allowed unless we are discussing camera and audio tools on it. The expectation is that cell phones are left in the backpack to help take away distractions. 

Participation and asking questions will key in this class. Do not feel afraid to ask any questions or want to participate in examples.
